As we expand operations in Sunyani, we are seeking passionate and disciplined professionals to join our growing team. All employees will be employed under a Koadel subsidiary, managed and overseen by KOADEL Group.
What we need:
Warehouse Manager
Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration. Relevant certifications, such as those in warehouse operations, inventory management, or occupational safety or related field
Experience: 2+ years in warehouse or inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and release stock accurately using ERPNext Inventory.
- Maintain up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily and weekly stock reports for management.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (ERPNext or similar).
- Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good understanding of basic logistics and supply chain processes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Integrity and accountability in stock management.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
