As we expand operations in Sunyani, we are seeking passionate and disciplined professionals to join our growing team. All employees will be employed under a Koadel subsidiary, managed and overseen by Koadel Group.
What we need:
General Manager
Qualification: MBA or equivalent Master’s Degree
Experience: 5+ years in business management or operations leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency.
- Supervise all departments — store, sales, finance, logistics.
- Monitor performance metrics through ERPNext Dashboard.
- Implement company policies, budgets, and strategic initiatives.
- Represent company management in audits and stakeholder meetings.
Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERPNext, project management, and analytics tools.
- Decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
- Deep understanding of enterprise resource planning.
