Our subsidiaries operate under the Koadel brand, each specialising in delivering quality products that support everyday living.

As we expand operations in Sunyani, we are seeking passionate and disciplined professionals to join our growing team. All employees will be employed under a Koadel subsidiary, managed and overseen by Koadel Group.

What we need:

Sales Manager

Qualification: Master’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field)
Experience: 4+ years in sales, preferably in Products or manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales team to achieve company revenue targets.
• Develop and manage client relationships and distributor networks.
• Use ERPNext to track leads, opportunities, and performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Train and motivate sales representatives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relations management
• Using sales software and ERPNext CRM, ERPNext Accounting Module and other related modules.
• Understanding sales data and data analytics, knowledge in relational database eg: MySQL access is a plus
• Understanding your company’s unique sales process
• Improving your ability to give sales presentations
• Creating effective sales plans and tracking progress
• Leading and mentoring teams through the execution
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Data-driven and strategic thinker.

Workplace Skills:

• The ability to encourage and motivate others, including during periods of uncertainty
• Listening carefully, with empathy, and understanding what customers want and need
• Building relationships with your sales teams and customers.
• Providing sales staff with the training, materials, and resources they need to succeed
• Have strong organizational skills to keep track of customer orders and manage your sales team
• Multitasking
